Webbuddy offers a website design service that includes a professional 5 section website, domain (.co.za), web hosting and 20 email accounts for startup businesses, product launches and pretty much any other business looking for a professional basic 5 section website. What info do you require from my side?

Once your order has been confirmed we will require the following info from your side in order for us to commence with your website: Your preferred domain name, list of email addresses you would like us to setup for you, your company logo, info for each of the five sections of your website in Microsoft Word Format, images/pictures you would like us to use on your website, your contact details and any notes you would like us to keep in mind while working on your website. Don’t worry, once your order has been confirmed we will send through a detailed email of what we require from your side.

How long will it take for my website to be completed?

Once we have received your order, payment and all the info for your website, your website will be completed within 7 working days or less!

I already have a domain and hosting. What now?

No problem! We will arrange for your domain and hosting to be moved to us at no additional cost. It is however a requirement that all websites and emails are hosted through us in order for us to manage your website, hosting and email accounts for you. This process might also influence the 7 day completion policy. Your website will only be live 7 working days after your order has been confirmed, we have received payment and all the info for your website and only once your domain and hosting move has been successful.

Can I update my own website once my website has been completed?

Yes! All of our websites are built on the most popular CMS (Content Management System) platform in the world namely WordPress. Once your website has been completed we will provide you with your website login details and instructions on how to make basic changes to your website e.g change tel numbers, edit address and info, upload/remove pictures and more. No need to pay or wait for us to do a small change for you.

Does my website include an online store?

How much does it cost to get a website through webbuddy?

Only R99 per month. No Deposits and no other hidden costs.

What happens if I skip a monthly payment?

If payment was not received within 7 days of the invoice date, your website and emails will be suspended. You can re-activate your website by sending us a mail and by paying a re-activation fee of R250 on top of the outstanding amount of R99.

How do I make payment?

Payment is made online when you place your order. Payments are made through the PayFast Secure Payment gateway. The R99 will then be debited from your account on a monthly basis.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. You can simply send us an email informing us that you would like to cancel your domain, website and emails with us. Your website will then be removed, your email accounts will be cancelled and you won’t be billed anymore. Easy as that!
